For a complete flat towing setup for your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, I recommend checking out the:
Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights # RM-676 for a set of tow bars. These tow bars are capable of handling a maximum of 8,000-lbs, and has an integrated LED light for hooking up and unhooking in low light conditions.
Next, you'll need a base plate so you can physically hook up your truck and motorhome. I recommend checking out the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523199-5. This base plate kit is compatible with your truck and will allow you to easily connect to the Roadmaster Nighthawk (mentioned above).
The next item you're going to need is a braking system. I recommend checking out the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This is a portable system that can be easily transported in and out of your towed vehicle, and is also compatible with hybrids and other cars with electric power-assist brakes.
Finally, the last two items you're going to need is a set of wiring, like the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154, with an automatic battery disconnect kit # RM-766.
These parts are meant to work with the 1500, however if you have a different version let me know and I'd be happy to get you situated.
