The Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier, # TH910XT, will fit your 2008 Dodge Caliber as long as your Caliber does not have a plastic rear spoiler. If your Caliber has no spoiler or a metal spoiler that is part of the body of the car, then the Passage bike carrier is an excellent choice.
If your vehicle has a plastic spoiler at the top of the hatch, I would not recommend using a trunk mount bike carrier. Trunk mount bike carriers place additional weight on spoilers and plastic spoilers were not designed to support the additional weight. They could deform or become damaged over time.
The best option for carrying bikes on a hatchback style vehicle with a plastic spoiler is to install a trailer hitch and use a hitch mount bike carrier. If you are interested in the hitch mount option, you could install the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Hitch, # 24769, and use a hitch mount bike rack like the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting, Item # S63400. I have attached a link to all of the trailer hitch options for your vehicle and a link to all of the hitch mount bike racks that will work for you.
Please note, Class I trailer hitches are limited to a maximum of 2 bikes on a hitch mount bike rack. Due to the lower tongue weight of Class I trailer hitches, the addition of a 3rd or 4th bike rack puts additional weight further away from the trailer hitch creating additional stress that a Class I trailer hitch cannot handle.
