To mount your Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 in the bed of your 2023 Ram 3500 Mega Cab with an OEM prep package you'll just need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099.
The # DM6099 will drop into the pucks and lock in place to provide your # DM8550035 with some base rails to mount to.
