Can a cigarette style power plug be wired to the terminals to power this inverter. Thank you

In theory yes you could wire a cigarette lighter style adapter up so that the Redarc Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter # RED73RR could be powered that way but in most cases the cigarette light circuits aren't very high rated so you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the 400 watt capacity of this inverter.
