For 12" Dexter Axle brake and hub/drum kits I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-464-465 which automatically adjust and come in a set so you get both the left and the right.
Then for a hub/drum kit you either want the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ which has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern or the part # 42866UC3 which has an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. You'll want to choose the bolt pattern that matches your current setup.
