Troubleshooting 0 Output with Manual Override on 2013 Chevy Silverado OEM Brake Controller

2013 chevy Silverado with tow package. The output from brake controller shows 0 at the controller even when trying to use them manually. This is for my lacrosse rv

Since the issue is the controller on your 2013 Chevy Silverado showing 0 with the manual override activated this means the issue is on your truck side and not the trailer.
Make sure you have the brake settings turned up and that the power wire is secured correctly to the battery as well as the controller.
If you aren't able to get power sent from the OEM controller then it might be time to replace the controller and for that I recommend the Prodigy P2 # 90885 for a traditional controller or the Curt Echo Under-Dash # C27JR with Pigtail # C51515 for something a little newer.
The P2 is a typical brake controller that has proven to be a high performance model while the Echo allows you to use your phone to adjust settings so that your cab remains clutter-free.
These controllers will tie into the factory wiring under your dash and you may need to make some additional connections as well. I've attached a helpful article that goes over all of the installation for your kind of setup that you can check out.
