Does Brake Controller Port of 2007 Ram 1500 Need to Disconnect from Block to Wire in Controller
Question:
2007 Dodge half ton, trailer package equipped! The blue 4 pin connector on my vehicle is attached to the junction block and it is behind, and too close to the larger harness to connect. How does one remove the connector from the junction block? Thank You

We aren't aware of a way to remove the blue connector attached to the junction block that the brake controller install harness part # 3020-P plugs into to install a brake controller. On some trucks we've found that it's either connected or disconnected and when it was connected we didn't have to remove it to install the connector. I attached an install video that shows how we connected it on a truck with it connected to the block that should be helpful.
