Why Are Bestop Door Jacket for Jeep Soft Upper Half Doors So Big on Jeep TJ Doors

order these for our jeep and they are too big from top of door to bottom of the door, it is at least 6inch too long. had a terrible time getting doors off using it is there a smaller jacket? and what are the dimensions thank you

The Bestop Door Jacket for Jeep Soft Upper Half Doors part # B5166001 is a fit for a 2006 Jeep TJ and many other models/years which is why they might be a bit big for your particular doors. That said, this is by design and I spoke with Bestop, they stated this was normal and would not cause any issues. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide the dimensions at this time.
