The Replacement Printed Circuit Board and Switch for MaxxFan Roof Vents part # MA10-04301k-v16 is a fit for the following models; 4301KW, 4201KW, 4251KW, and 4401KW. If you're not sure which model you have, remove the screen from the inside and there should be a white sticker on the frame with the model number. It doesn't matter which features or options you have so long as it's one of these models listed.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm fit of this part based on features of the unit.
