The roof rack I recommend for a 2006 Honda Element is the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System part # TH711400, part # TH710401, and part # THKIT3109 which is one of the best options available (our only available option) due to the airplane shaped crossbars which cut through the wind producing very little noise and drag.
