The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR is designed for long bed trucks but many others still use this in their short bed. The 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 if equipped with the factory prep package works better than most as the hitch ball is offset more toward the rear to create better cab clearance. That said, you'll still want to determine clearance beforehand with your exact trailer to see how much you have. It should be enough to make most turns no issues but there could be restrictions with full 90 degree turns depending on your setup.
