Class V Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 1996 Ford E-350 Shuttle Bus
Question:
I was looking for a hitch for my ford e-350 shuttle bus. A class 5 hitch that will tow 12,000-15,000 minimum. When I enter vehicle information I don’t see the e-350 as an option. It is a dually with the 5.3 gas engine. Can you offer any help?

You will need to have either the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver with the 7" Tall Brackets # 41990-07 or 16" Tall Brackets # 41990-16 depending on the height of your frame in relation to any rear bumpers/trim on your 196 Ford E-350 shuttle bus. We do not have a custom fit receiver for your bus as the frames used for the bus chassis were not always the same at the rear of the bus. These receivers above can be welded or bolted to a frame up to 44" wide but the cross tube has to be welded to the mounting brackets. The class V receiver is rated for up to 16,000lbs with up to 1,600lbs of tongue weight and has a 2" opening.
