According to EZ Loader, the Vehicle Identification Number is located on a silver sticker at the front of the trailer on the inside of the rail on the passenger side. A decal is also placed on the bottom of the tongue of the trailer. If you have an EZ Loader Custom Trailer, if the silver sticker is faded you can find the last 5 digits of the VIN number stamped on top of the trailer frame, before the frame welds into the trailer tongue.
As for the hub not coming off with rust inside, the first thing I would try is some WD-40. Spray it and let it sit for a while to see if you can get it off. If you are still unable to remove it then I suggest using force with something like a rubber mallet to remove the hub that is stuck. If you have to go this route you need to be careful so you don't damage your hub or spindle.
