The Rightline Sport Jr. Cargo Bag, # RL100S50, was designed to work with vehicles that do not have roof rails or crossbars installed and should work well with your 2013 Honda CR-V EX. When mounting a cargo bag on a vehicle with a moon roof or sun roof, you will want to mount it as far behind the moon roof as possible. If part of the bag must sit on the moon roof, I do not recommend placing any heavy items on or near the glass of the moon roof. I also recommend checking your owners manual to verify the weight capacity of your roof before loading any cargo.
On your vehicle, it looks like the moon roof is even with the front doors. I recommend running both straps through the rear doors rather than through the front and rear doors. I also advise using the Non-Skid Roof Protection Pad, # RL100650, to prevent the bag from sliding slightly when accelerating or braking. To prevent any scratches, you will want to make sure the roof surface, skid pad and cargo bag are free of dirt or debris.
If you will be for a long distance or through inclement weather, it is best to clean the roof and bag periodically because debris and dirt will build up. You may also be interested in the Wheel Mount Tire Step, # TH2100. A tire step will make loading and unloading much easier on an SUV.
