We do have all the parts you will need to install a 7-way on your 1999 Chevrolet Suburban K1500, unfortunately the entire harness is not going to be plug and play.
First you will need the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # 41125 which is plug and play. This will give you a 4-way flat that takes care of the wiring for the running lights, brake lights and turn signals. The 4-way will connect to the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will give you the the 7-way connection along with the wiring needed for both the charge line and brake light circuits for the 7-way. This wiring will need to be ran to the cab and battery on your Suburban.
For a brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED52VR. This has a very small controller that you can mount where it is convenient for you on your dash. It will not take up a lot of room or be required to be mounted in a particular orientation as is needed with other larger controllers.
