Correct Reese Goose Box to Replace Lippert 795795 Pin Box

Help I am looking at putting a gooseneck on my 5 th wheel I just bought a 2022 Chevy 3500hd ad had a gooseneck ball from BandW in stalled as I still use my bed of my truck . The hook up on my 5 th wheel at this time is a Lippert 375275-L , RPO 0003606932, S/N S004263112 , LCI #795795 , Dry weight 12340 , the trailer has a gvw of 16790 LB . The question is what adapted should I get to change it over the the gooseneck hitch up ? Sorry to both you all but I respect your opinion as this is your field and I am new to this 5 th wheel trailing I just retired so bought gave me his 2022 42 foot toy hauler. So your help is needed Thanks

The LCI 795795 cross-references a Lippert 1621 Pin Box so I recommend the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR as this is the only gooseneck pin box adapter which won't void the frame warranty.
