According to ShoreLand'r, your SLR46TBBS trailer uses a # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing. The correct Kodiak kit would be the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor # K2HR35D. This has the same 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and matches your current bearings. This kit uses a Dacromet coating for corrosion resistance in fresh or salt water. If you would like stainless steel calipers the # K2HR35DS is also available.
