The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 118266 is what I recommend using on a 2015 Nissan Xterra for a 7-way trailer connector. If you have a trailer with a 4-way as well you can just use the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter part # PK12716.
Please note, you'll need a few adapters to secure the 7-way such as the Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware part # PK12711U and Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket part # C57202.
