Yes, we have the B and W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1319 that is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Ram 1500 short bed. Only the ball and the safety chains would be above the truck bed which is the bare minimum. This fits the diesel and gas engine trucks too.
