Recommended Replacement Tires for Boat Trailer With 5.30-12 Tires
Question:
I currently have on my boat trailer 530-12 tires 5-4 1/2 bolt pattern. Theres a 3 clearance to the top and 2 clearance to the side to the tire shroud. What size tire do you recommend? Thanks!

Since you are at the recommended amount of clearance on your boat trailer I would not get a larger tire size. One thing I would do if you currently have bias ply tires is switch to radial. The Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C would be a great replacement option for your current tires and fit your existing wheels. Radial tires will outlast bias tires and are better suited for most applications.
