I really like the Thule Easy Fold bike rack part # TH903202 that you referenced and would recommend it for carrying your Specialized Ruby with your Honda CR-V. This rack is very easy to use, secures the bikes well, and has the unique feature of having a ramp pull out of the side of it which allows for easier loading and unloading. It also comes with locks to prevent your nice bike from getting stolen as well as the rack from getting stolen from the hitch. It also fits both hitch sizes so regardless of what hitch size you have on your CR-V it will fit and work great.
