Adding Anti-Rattle to 2" Ball Mount Installed on 2-1/2" Hitch Receiver  

Question:

I have the DT 2.5 from them. The 2 inch portion is moving up and down. I added the 2.5 anti rattle. Please see attached.

Is the situation that you have a DiversiTech ball mount with a 2" shank that you're using with a 2-1/2" receiver? We have some anti-rattle devices that could help but it will help if I can get some photos of what you have going on.

Thank you for getting back with me with your photos! The only solution I see that can work for your application is the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # RM-062. You'll loop the U-Bolt around the collar of your hitch receiver and then place that block piece on the shank of your ball mount and tighten it down from there. This will press the ball mount against the receiver so it won't move around anymore during towing. Attached is a review video for you to check out.
