Yes, the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Titan Glossy # TH629907 you were looking at is compatible with the OEM roof rack on your 2016 Buick Enclave. If you'd rather have this with the Black Glossy finish then you'll want part # TH629906 instead.

There are a wide variety of other roof boxes that fit your Enclave but the 22 cu ft space of this box means you are getting the max amount of cargo space out of your roof and anything else will be smaller so I don't recommend anything else.
