We have just the trailer hitch for you!
Though The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7203 is not confirmed to fit your vehicle, but The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13382 is confirmed to fit your 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. There were no physical changes made to 2023 Subaru Crosstrek from the 2022 model.
The Curt hitch will still give you the hidden cross tube like the Eco hitch you mentioned above. The trailer hitch has a bolt on installation with no welding required. It has a gloss black powder coat finish that is over a protective base coat which offers a superior rust resistance.
The trailer hitch has a maximum gross towing weight up to 3,500 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 525 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find the proper towing capacity for your vehicle.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 will make it to where you have a 4-flat connector to tow your trailer. Using this harness will make it to where your trailer's stop, turn, and taillights mirror your vehicle's stop, turn, and taillights. This harness will plug into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, either behind the driver's-side trim panel or in the spare tire compartment.
The Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2 inch Hitches # C45554 includes an 8-1/4 inch long, powder coated ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball; hitch pin and clip; hitch receiver lock with keys; hitch cover; and a storage case.
I attached an installation video link below.
