Does the B and W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Only Work with B and W Gooseneck Hitches
Question:
I bought a truck that already has a gooseneck ball. Is the BandW companion series hitch compatible with all gosenecks, or just their own BandW line?

The B and W hitches have a unique square shank that is only compatible with accessories designed for it. There are other adapters that you can use to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck hitch such as the Andersen Ranch Hitch # AM3100.
