To install a brake controller in your 1994 Ford F-150 you'd first need to have a 4-way installed if don't already. For that the Tekonsha kit part # 118316 would be what you'd want. This installs easily by plugging in line with the taillight connectors of your truck. Then to convert it to a 7-way the kit you want is the part # ETBC7. This comes with everything needed to install a fully functional 7-way on your truck as well as comes with everything needed to wire in a brake controller. It also has a 4-way connector on the side of it so you get both connectors like you mentioned wanting.
For a brake controller then the Tekonsha Brake EVN part # TK63VR would be what I would recommend. It uses an inertia sensor to sense how hard you are applying the truck brakes and apply the trailer brakes with the same intensity. This is also easy to use/program and is priced really well too for how nice of a controller it is.
