You need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1111 for your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
You might also be interested in the Bargman # 50-97-410 wiring kit which allows you to add a 7-Way socket in the bed of your truck so it's easier to connect your trailer wiring.
