Can The Draw-Tite Ball Mount Be Flipped Upside Down

I have a putian hitch and I would like to tire it upside down to gain some hight I know that the srraighter the pull the better

Yes, The Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2 inch Hitches # 2753 can be flipped upside down.
When flipped upside the ball mount has a 2-3/4 inch rise. The ball mount has a sturdy steel construction with a hollow shank. It has a black powder coat finish that covers an e-coat base which provides a superior rust protection.
The 2 inch hitch ball # 63845 is sold separately.
