It depends on what you are trying to do. If it is in relation to the 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2200 you were looking at, there is no set guide for what vehicles would need a hitch extender. But, Since the spare tire is on the back, you will most likely require the use of a hitch extender.
The 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2200 is shorter than most other hitch-mounted cargo carriers at 4" from the center of hitch pin hole to closest edge of carrier. You would just need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole out 4" to see if that clears your bumper. The other thing you would need to consider with your 2022 Ford Bronco is spare tire clearance. The correct size extender would be dependent on the distance you need to clear your bumper and your spare tire. The best way to determine this would be to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outside edge of your spare tire. You would then need an extender that when combined with the 4 inches of extension from the cargo carrier is larger than the measurement you got.
I have included our selection of hitch extenders, so you can select the size you need after taking those measurements. It is also important to note that a hitch extender is going to cut your tongue weight capacity by 50%, so that is something you will want to keep in mind when loading gear.
