We definitely have the parts you need to flat tow your 2000 Dodge Caravan using your Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar! For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.

Here are the parts I recommend using:

Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - 4-Cylinder # 242-1 or 6-Cylinder # 242-2 engine
Safety Cables - # BX88196
Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights - # TL21RK
Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - # HM39494
High-Low Adapter - See Attached Article

All of the parts mentioned (save the base plate kit) can easily be transferred to a different vehicle if you end up changing that in the future. If you're comfortable working on vehicles then you shouldn't have any issues with installing the base plate kit and running some of the wiring for the brake system. If you haven't worked on vehicles before then I definitely recommend having a trusted mechanic do the work to make sure it's all done correctly for safety reasons.

Attached are some videos for you to check out.
