Parts Needed to Convert Brakes of 2015 Cougar 333MKS to Disc

Question:

I have a 2015 Cougar 333mks Fifth wheel with Lippert tandem 5200 axles. - Can I install Hyd disk brakes on this axle? - If so what parts do I need.

Yes you can upgrade your drum brakes to disc brakes on your 2015 Cougar 333MKS that has Lippert 5,200 lb trailer axles. You'd need the disc brake kit part # K2HR526D which is a dacromet coated kit that has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. This kit is sold per axle so you'd need a quantity of two of them.

Then for the electric over hydraulic kit the best option is the Hydrastar EOH kit part # CAR-HBA16-2 which comes with everything needed from the electric components and the brake lines. The Hydrastar kits are by far the most reliable and fastest reacting so they are the best option.
