Will the 84545bx hub or the 84546UC3-EZ hub and drum fit this spindle?

The #84 spindle you reference, TruRyde # TRU24FR, is rated for use on 3500-lb axles. This spindle is compatible with both of the hubs you mentioned, parts # 84545BX, which is an idler hub; and # 84546UC3-EZ, which is a 10-inch drum brake hub intended for use with EZ-Lube spindles.
The TruRyde spindle # TRU24FR is not an EZ-Lube spindle but it would still work with hub # 84546UC3-EZ. If you prefer a non-EZ-Lube version of this hub you can use part # 84546UC3. TruRyde does make an EZ-lube version of the #84 spindle, part # TRU74FR, which includes a brake mounting flange.
