Fit of Curt Class II Euro Style Ball Mount on Hitch for 2007 Mazda 3

May this message find you well. Which trailer hitch would this euro style ball mount fit with best for a 2007 Mazdaspeed3?

Your 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 would use a Class I hitch like the Draw-Tite # 24816.

The Draw-Tite Class I hitche has a stop punched into the receiver tubes that prevent a Class II accessory like the ball mount you referenced from being slid in far enough for the hitch pin holes from lining up. The # C45592 ball mount would be compatible with a Curt Class I hitch, but unfortunately the # C11386 Class I hitch is compatible with the standard Mazda 3, but not the Mazdaspeed model.

If you were wanting to use the hitch for towing purposes, the best alternative would be the Hidden Hitch # 60201. The hitch includes a standard ballmount, as well as the pin and clip but the trailer ball would be sold separately. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use part # 19256 or or a 2 inch ball, use # 19258. We offer no euro-style ball mounts that would be compatible with a hitch that fits your vehicle.

To wire your vehicle for towing, use part # C59496.
