Recommended Tonneau Cover and Ladder Rack for a 2016 Ram 1500 w/ a 5-1/2 Foot Bed

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with the 5 1/2 foot bed. Im looking for a ladder rack and tonneau cover system that can work together, so we can haul at least two kayaks, and cover our gear in the bed. I wasnt looking to spend a lot of money, but I want something that works well together and lasts. Can you give me recommendations? Thanks

For an inexpensive tonneau cover and ladder rack system that works together you are going to want to start with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK48207 you were looking at. This tonneau cover is confirmed to fit the 5-1/2' bed length of the 2016 Ram 1500. The Tri-fold design allows for partial or full truck bed access in seconds without having to remove the cover.

For a compatible ladder rack, I recommend the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel with Aluminum Crossbars item # A70450.
