When Installing the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300 into your 2022 Ford F-350 with the factory prep/puck system you will need to measure the height of your 5th wheel trailer from the pin box to the under belly of the 5th wheel overhang. The B&W can be set at 16-3/4", 17-3/4" or 18-3/4" heights. With the bed being 21" tall on your F-350 you will need at least 6" of clearance from the top of the bed rails to the bottom of the 5th wheel under belly. This will prevent contact of the parts when on hills.

For the lowest setting you need a height of 10-1/4" from the bottom of the king pin surface to the under belly of the 5th wheel camper overhang. The middle setting will need 9-1/4" and the highest setting will need 8-1/4". You can also place the hitch higher for more clearance if it is needed to best level your 5th wheel when towing.
