Helpful Expert Reply:
The Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set # LC333964 has plenty of capacity for your Keystone Cougar CG312RLS 5th wheel camper. Your dry tongue weight is only around 1,500lbs which is what the jacks will be lifting. The Landing Gear Set # RVLG-8000 with its 8,000lb capacity is more than you need but can still be used.
