Is a Hitch Extender Required for Short Bed Ford Super Duty Towing Enclosed Gooseneck Horse Trailer

i have a 2017 f250 lariat with 6.75 bed length. putchased lq trailer 6. 9 width. do i need an extended hitch. if so, do i need 4 or the 10 extended hitch?

It's possible that you will need an offset adapter for a Ford Super Duty Short Bed towing an enclosed gooseneck horse trailer but it really comes down to the shape of the loft. I recommend measuring your clearance with the trailer attached to be certain but it's not a bad idea to use an offset adapter to give you more clearance anyhow as it would be close even if it did clear. If you have a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch then you can use the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches part # BWGNXA4085 but if you have the factory gooseneck hitch you'll need to use the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler part # BWTEXA4200.
