Will Sensor Prevent Warning If Light Is Out Using The Trailer Connector Adapter # 20142

We are towing a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with premium LED lighting package behind our 2022 Mercedes Benz Winnebago View RV. Our tow package was professionally installed and we are getting a lamp out error on the Jeep display AND on the Mercedes display. All lights and signals are working properly. Should we use this part #20142 bypass or was the wrong diode wiring kit installed? Should they have installed item RM38FR? If we use this lamp out bypass #20142, will the vehicles still display the lamp out message if a lamp actually is out? Thanks for the help
