I took a look at what we have in regards to a refrigerator vent cover, and the closest I was able to find to what you're needing is the:

-Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42163 for black, and the

-Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42160 for white.

This base measure 26" long, and is 7-1/2" wide, and has vent dimensions of 33-1/4" long, 10-1/4" wide, and 3-5/8" tall.
