Will Demco Premier Fifth Wheel Hitch Fit the Ram OEM Rail Kit Adapter for Ram Trucks 30154

Hello, I have a Demco Premier series hitch. I think this is compatible, though I just measured center hole to center hole width and I have 29-1/4” versus the 29” shown. I previously used the REESE universal bed rail set with this hitch. I was a bit of a challenge to get into the holes, but it worked fine. Do you consider 29-1/4” within the tolerance of use for the REESE adapter? I don’t see the need to spend an extra $100 if this will work. Thank you!

The Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for RAM OEM rail kits part # RP30154 is designed to provide the same rails as the Reese rails you previously were able to use so based on just that alone this adapter would work for you. Worth mentioning too is that the Demco Premier Series hitches like what you have like the # DM6076P-UL-16K are designed to work with this industry standard rail design as well. You wouldn't need to verify any measurements like what you had mentioned.
