Can Tee Fitting Be Used For Single Inflation Point on Firestone Ride Rite Air Helper Springs

Can i use a tee to connect the system to just one air inlet to keep the pressure exactly the same in each bag?

You can absolutely do that, it's very common. You'll need the # F3025-1 tee fitting which would allow you to add/remove air using a single Schrader valve, instead of two.

The only instance where I'd recommend against doing this is if you were planning on carrying loads that aren't centered on the truck bed, where it'd be advantageous to have the ability to adjust the pressure in each bag independently. Otherwise, what you're proposing to do will work just fine for you.
