I have a 2015 Nissan NV3500. Is this all I need to hook this up?

If you already have a 7-way on your 2020 Nissan NV 3500 then yes, the Tuson DirecLink Base Model Trailer Brake Controller # 335DL-100 has everything you need to install it. If you don't already have a 7-way you will need to add one to be able to use the brake controller and the brakes on your trailer.
The first thing you need to add is a 4-way. The # 118553 from Tekonsha is the most reliable option. Then, you can upgrade to a 7-way with the # ETBC7. This comes with the adapter, wiring, and everything else required to add a 7-way and use your brake controller.
