Is There a Hitch Adapter for 1-1/4" Hitches with Built In Rise for Cargo Carriers
Question:
I have the 1 1/4 inch Curt hitch installed and have a 1 1/4 inch basket that attaches for deer or coolers etc....I cannot find any riser that is 1 1/4 to 1 1/4.....my basket scrapes the road once in a while on the steep back roads and gravel. What can I do?

I do have an option for you but we don't offer any hitch adapters with built-in rise for a 1-1/4" trailer hitch. Instead, I recommended a cargo basket with built-in rise like the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18110. The cargo basket has a 2-3/4" rise built-in which will allow you to gain additional clearance over bumps and steep driveways.
