Lippert Rear Electric Stabilizer Jacks Trip Breaker While Extending but Not Reverse

Question:

Optifuse ACB-H-6A 5w. This is coming from a 2019 Coleman Lantern Camper for the 6-Amp Auto Reset Breaker for Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack rear. When I press the rocker switch to extend it trips this breaker, however when I press to retract it works as intended. I replaced the rocker switch with the same results. My next troubleshooting is this breaker. I did check the amps while trailer is connected to 120 power and it appears to be pulling 10amps used cen-tech digital meter. The stabilizer on the front of the trailer is working properly with same breaker and pulling same amps. I have not added any wiring or additional loads to the trailer. Could this just be a bad breaker? Any other trouble shooting?

It sounds like the motor needs replaced which is often the case when we see breakers tripped when extending but not retracting the jacks. If the motor is failing it will struggle and pull more power than it should resulting in the error. If you have yellow support arms you'll need part # LC352338 or if you have black support arms you'll need part # LC138445.
