Recommened Hitch Bike Carrier for 2 60 lbs E-Bikes w/ Step-Through Frames

what is the best hitch carrier for 2 ebikes each weighing 60lb with battery. they are both step through design so I am battling to find a compatible rack. Do I need an adpater bar?
