What is the distance between and diameter of mounting holes. I am looking for a replacement cylinder on #D320 DMI gravity flow wagon with rear drum brakes.

I went out to our warehouse and measured the Replacement Master Cylinder for Toledo Drum Brake Actuators # 10614, and measured 3-1/2" between mounting holes, and the mounting holes are 7/16" in diameter.
