The Kuat NV 2.0 # NV12G will work with your Blix Aveny Skyline, however with your bike having fenders this may not be the best choice as this rack may interfere with that.
Instead, I recommend going with the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bike # S64678.
This bike rack is a frame mounted as opposed to the wheel mounted # NV12G, and will support up to 60-lbs per bike for a total of 120-lbs capacity.
In addition, this bike rack will also work with your 1-1/4" class I hitch on your 2022 Honda CR-V.
As far as pin hole goes, if the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole of your receiver to the edge of the bumper that is less than 5 3/4" you'll be fine, If not then you won't be able to carry your bikes when in the folded up position.
