Okay, let's go ahead and start with the best 4.80-12 trailer tires for highway speeds, and for that you want a radial tire because they run cooler and flex more than bias tires. The best option for this is a tire from Taskmaster:

- Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C

The # TT48012C has an 81 mph speed rating, the highest for this size tire, and is a load range C tire that has a 990 lb per-tire rating (so 1,980 lbs for two tires).

As for a wheel and spacer, there really is no advantage to going with a 13 inch tire compared to a 12 inch tire; you can if you like though we do not offer spacers. We don't have the fenders that can mount on this trailer, and as for the bearings, I'd need to know the bearing numbers, which you can find by disassembling the hub and looking at the bearing numbers themselves.

For safety chains you can use something like the 48" Long Safety Chain # TCTSCG30-5548-04x2 or 60" Long # TCTSCG30-760-03x2. The LED tail light kit you can use the LED Combination Tail Light Kit # TLL9RK.
