The Firestone kit # F2061 fits 2007 to 2008 Ford E-250 cab and chassis vans and 1992 to 2012 E-350 cab and chassis vans but not a 1998. I spoke with Firestone and they stated that they did not have a confirmed fit for the 1998 E-250 converted into a motor home but we do have an excellent option that will work.
Take a look at the Timbren springs # TFER35092B. These springs provide support and will reduce side to side roll and help with bottoming out. They do work independently from side to side and are great for static loads (such as a heavy RV rear end). I have linked the instructions and an FAQ article on Timbren springs for you.
