Question:
I have one Curt friction sway bar attached with an adaptor plate, but how do I attach another on the opposite side?

If you have a weight distribution system with a head like the # PS58442 you were looking at the only thing you need to do is attach the # 17200 to the other side of the frame and insert the # C36BR in the hole on the other side.
It sounds like the adapter you're referring to may be something like the # RP26003. Unfortunately, there is not a bolt on solution that will allow you to install 2 of the # 17200. The only option would be to use the Weld-On Sway Control Tab # C45822 and put one on each side of your ball mount.
